[新設計/New Design] TKA 2010-01 襪子

休息了一段時間的TKA 群織又開始了. 2010年的第一個群織作品是我設計的第二雙襪子.


線: OnLine Supersock 110 (顏色1159)
質材: 39% 棉, 40% 羊毛, 13% Polyamid, 8 % Elite

到目前為止只打到腳趾頭, 因為要將長披肩趕在回台灣之前打完並定型.

[新設計/New Design] 古簪長披肩 Kanzashi Stole

Here's another one of my new designs that has been sitting in a corner for a long time. The stole is knitted from center out, then the second half will be knitted from the Cast On stitches towards another end.

The photos is showing a full stitch pattern repeat, both right & left edging are knitted as you knit the stole, so there will be no stitches to be picked up and knitted afterward.

So far I have found some minor errors, however, they were easy fixes. Not sure how many repeats I will be knitting, yet, but think 5 should do the trick for one end. We shall see.

這是另一個設計好很久的長披肩. 披肩是從中間往一頭打, 然後另一頭從中間起針部位挑起針目往另一方向打.

到目前我打了一個圖樣花, 左右兩邊的曲折邊際是圖樣的一部分, 所以不需打完中間部位再從四周挑起針目來打邊邊.

在打這圖樣花的時候發現了幾個小小的錯誤, 不過只是簡單的修改織圖就好了. 還不確定要重複打幾次, 我想可能一頭打五次應該就夠. 邊打邊看囉.

夏莓披肩 Summer Berries Shawl

Now that spring is here, I am looking forward to picking and eating all those juicy, plump berries in the summer.

春天一到我就開始想到夏天肥大多汁垂涎三尺的莓果.

One good thing about this pattern is that one could knit Chart 2 and Chart 3 larger or smaller by increasing or decreasing pattern repeats. The photo of the shawl is showing Chart 2 knitted 7 times and Chart 3 knitted 4 times.

這條披肩的特色是你可依你喜歡的花樣與尺寸來增加或減少圖二與圖三的編織次數. 相片上的披肩是圖二打七次, 圖三打四次.

Yarn: 1 ball of 2 oz. Zephyr Wool-Silk Yarn. 50% Merino Wool, 50% Silk
Needle Size: 3.5mm Circular Needles
Blocked Size: 60” x 28."
